Kit & Kaboodle Kings Cross is hosting one of Sydney’s biggest Mardi Gras 2026 celebrations on Saturday 28 February from 9:30 PM.
Join us for a night of high-energy beats, drink specials, and inclusive celebration at our iconic Kings Cross venue. This is Mardi Gras done right—loud, proud, and ready to dance.

Sydney’s most fabulous weekend deserves a party to match. We’re transforming Kit & Kaboodle into a celebration of love, freedom, and self-expression for Mardi Gras 2026.

Our resident DJs will be bringing non-stop beats from 9:30 PM until late, keeping the dancefloor packed all night long. Whether you’re coming from the parade, pre-gaming with friends, or making us your main event, we’ve got the energy to match your vibe.

Accessibility: Our venue is accessible via lift. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements.

Getting Here: We’re located at Level 2, 33-35 Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross – just a 2-minute walk from Kings Cross Station. Limited street parking available; we recommend public transport or rideshare on Mardi Gras weekend.

We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through Moshtix.
Mardi Gras is our biggest night of the year and tickets often sell out.

Doors open at 9:30 PM on Saturday 28 February 2026, and we party until late (typically around 3 AM). First-hour drink specials run from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, so arriving early has its rewards.

There’s no formal dress code for our Mardi Gras celebration. We encourage you to express yourself however feels right – whether that’s rainbow colours, glitter, costumes, or your favourite outfit. The only requirement is bringing positive energy.

Absolutely! Kit & Kaboodle welcomes everyone and our Mardi Gras celebration is a space for the entire LGBTQ+ community and allies. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and prioritise creating a safe, inclusive environment.

We’re located at Level 2, 33-35 Darlinghurst Road, Kings Cross NSW 2011. The venue is a 2-minute walk from Kings Cross Station, making it easily accessible by train. Look for the Potts Point Hotel building.

During our first hour (9:30 PM – 10:30 PM), we’re offering FREE Vodka Red Bull and $8 spirits. After 10:30 PM, regular bar prices apply. Please drink responsibly and stay hydrated throughout the night.
